New Members of Staff

Whether a member of support or teaching staff you will access a personalised induction programme designed according to your role, experience and needs. You will be assigned a key colleague who will mentor you during the induction period.

The length of the initial induction will vary according to the needs of each role, and will ultimately lead you to being able to drive your role independently.

Together with your key colleague you will be able to review your progress periodically throughout your employment. Our developed systems and our evidence show that periodical discussions and personalised initial induction enables our most recently joined colleagues to become part of our team quickly and carry out their roles efficiently with a high level of enjoyment and pride.
