We are currently accepting applications for both Trustees and Local Monitoring Governors. We invite interested parents, staff, and community members to support our governance.
Role of Trustees
- Strategic Oversight: Trustees operate at the top level, accountable for all academies within our trust.
- Support and Challenge: Act as a critical friend, providing both support and challenge to our executive leadership team.
- Commitment: Requires dedication to our trust's mission, vision and values.
Role of Local Monitoring Governors
- School-Specific Focus: Work closely with school leadership, staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students in individual schools.
- Rewarding Position: Provide crucial support to our schools, enhancing educational and operational performance.
- Strategic Support: Help the Board and executive leadership to anchor the Trust’s strategy in the needs of its schools and within their communities.
