Safeguarding

At The Roseland Trust, we are committed to ensuring that all staff adhere to statutory safeguarding guidelines and procedures. We prioritise regular updates and continuous professional development in safeguarding practices, integrating them into our Where People Grow CPD programme.

Our comprehensive safeguarding training is accessible to all staff members, tailored to their specific roles, and can be delivered internally, externally, remotely, or in person. Safeguarding training is also embedded into the induction process for all new staff, ensuring a strong foundation from the outset.

Our Safeguarding Leads regularly collaborate to share best practice within our well-established, trust-wide professional development network. This collaboration ensures that our training not only meets statutory requirements but also aligns with our Trust’s values, mission, and vision.
